Pete is a founder-turned-investor focused on defense and critical infrastructure. He previously founded and bootstrapped a critical infrastructure software company serving utilities and emergency response agencies through to acquisition. Earlier in his career he held engineering roles at Raytheon and Northrop Grumman. He co-founded the San Diego chapter of Post-Exit Founders, a national community of several thousand exited founders.

Chad is a serial entrepreneur and operator with multiple exits across manufacturing, technology, and consumer products. As Managing Partner of Cazel Family Office, he oversees a portfolio of direct investments and private equity holdings built on decades of scaling industrial and technology businesses. He is an active angel investor and ecosystem builder with a global founder and investor network, and mentors at Techstars and Founder Institute. Chad is known for operational rigor, strategic negotiation, and cross-industry pattern recognition that drives lasting enterprise value.
