He previously founded and bootstrapped a software company serving utilities and emergency response agencies through to acquisition, and earlier held engineering roles at Raytheon and Northrop Grumman. He co-founded the San Diego chapter of Post-Exit Founders, a global community of several thousand exited founders.
  - **Chad Cazel** — Comes from a fifth-generation farm and manufacturing family in Southern Illinois; founded and scaled businesses across manufacturing, supply chain, software, and consumer products. Helps lead family office Cazel LP and co-founded Blackwing.
