Shop Policies

Everything you need to know about ordering from the Blackwing shop.

Starter policies for the launch of the shop. Please have counsel review before relying on them.

Shipping

Orders are processed within two to three business days and shipped within the United States. Shipping is free on all orders.

You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once your order ships. Delivery typically takes three to seven business days after shipment. We do not currently ship internationally.

Returns and Refunds

If something is not right, you can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the return, and typically appear within five to ten business days.

To start a return or exchange, email ops@blackwing.vc with your order number. Items damaged in transit or defective are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Privacy

When you place an order we collect your name, email, and shipping address to fulfill it, and we send order and shipping updates to your email. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

We do not sell your personal information. We use it only to process and support your order. To ask what we hold or to have it deleted, email ops@blackwing.vc.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Prices are in US dollars and may change. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable or if we suspect fraud. Products are sold as described; the embroidered Blackwing mark remains the property of Blackwing Ventures.
